Ingredient Description

From organic Chènevis seeds The virgin hemp oil is obtained by first cold pressing, seeds of Chènevis (selection of Sativa variety), grown in the Lot-et-Garonne, in the heart of South-West France, according to methods of organic farming. The Sativa variety is allowed for cultivation in Europe, due to low tetrahydrocannabinol, THC content of less than 0.2%. From the seed selection to the distribution of organic hemp oil, Perles de Gascogne controls the entire manufacturing chain. Rich in vitamin E The virgin hemp oil consists of 1200 ppm tocopherols, or 20 mg of vitamin E per 100 grams of oil. Its wealth of vitamin E allows it to carry the regulatory functional claim relating to the protection of cell membranes. Source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 Ideal for food, cosmetic or nutraceutical use, the virgin hemp oil of Gascogne is composed of 18% alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) and 60% linoleic acid (omega 6), of which 4% d gamma-linolenic acid.
